Nighhtology (Chinese Name: 太大了) is music/Travel studio with energetic, cool adventures and bold spirit. To make it compatible to such traits I had to give in to a little bit of the other side of design. Usually I’d pursue some minimalism, but here it’s all about the excitement.
I made a sketch of a spark like shape, formed by the letters (both Eng and Chn, and the Chinese version would then make better sense) From then I marked out a triangle with the three Chinese Characters. Then I didn’t hesitate for the complicated repetitions, the spray and glow effects, and there it is, now. It’s bold, it’s crazy, and like my client described, “F-word Awesome.”
